Over the Rainbow Bridge
Every Dog, especially Seniors, deserve our love. The angels you see below lived with Shannon Miller until their end of life. They were provided interaction, vetting, special diets, medications, and anything else their little hearts desired. Each dog came from a situation where they became homeless. Shannon takes in the senior canines left sitting in a shelter or are from some other neglectful situation. Her passion is to give these "throw-aways" love in their senior years until the very end. Below are some of the seniors that have moved onto the rainbow bridge.
I lost Dot aka Dorothy after a short illness. She was 17 years old.
I lost Cherish unexpectedly 2 months before her 21st birthday. She was an amazing part of the pack.
I lost Betsy on April 22, 2021. I only had her 5 days before she passed of kidney failure. She was one very special girl that never had a chance to be happy.
Journey lost his fight on December 7th, 2020. His body just could not fight the autoimmune disease or the infection from the hornet sting any longer.
I lost Edna October 25, 2020 from heart failure
Miyagi's mom lost him March 2, 2021.
Chap's dad lost him March 20,2021. He had a stroke at the ripe old age of 19
I lost Nissa September 16, 2019
I lost Sabrina September 14, 2020. We had her to the vet numerous times for different issues and her body just gave out.
